A short plug for Aviva - they are promising cheaper premiums by quoting consumers directly instead of through the usual agency route and (more importantly to me) a hassle free claims process such as sending someone down immediately to take photos of your damaged vehicle, sending it to their workshop and having you sent home in a cab! Sounds very good to me if they can deliver on these promises.
